Prices

Prices are per day and per person with half board, based on standard room occupancy.
Locall tax of €1.90 per person per day not included. (Children under 14 years are exempt from this tax).

Surcharges

  • Double room for single use: surcharge from 40% up to 100 % on the per-person/per-night rate.
  • "Short stay" supplements can be charged.
  • Garage: €10 per day

Discounts

  • Overnight stay with breakfast only: €10 discount on the per-person/per-night rate.
  • Discount for extra beds (applies to beds that can be added upon request):
    • from 0 to 2 years of age: 70% discount*
    • from 3 to 6 years: 50% discount*
    • from 7 to 9 years: 30% discount*
    • from 10 to 16 years: 20% discount*
  • Discount for beds already present in the room: none

*Applied to the per-person/per-night price.

Reservations

Your booking is secured as soon as both parties (you and our reservation desk) receive written confirmation by e-mail. To confirm your reservation, will be required the payment of a 30% deposit, to be paid by bank transfer, or online payment.

You can also arrange for travel-cancellation insurance to avoid losing the deposit if you need to cancel. Click here to get this insurance. 

Cancellation policies

In case of cancellation, the deposit will be kept entirely by the accommodation.

For cancellations within 15 to 8 days prior to arrival, 60% of the total booking will be charged.

For cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival/no show 100% of the total booking will be charged.

Also, if there is a later check-in or earlier check-out than in the original reservation, payment will be required for the days not used.

All cancellations should be made in writing.

If travel-cancellation insurance is purchased, will be applied the terms specified in the contract.

Check-in and check-out and payment methods

For arrivals, rooms will be available from 3 pm.
On the day of departure, please vacate the rooms by 10 am.

It is possible to settle the bill by 10.00 p.m. of the day before departure or the morning of departure from 08.30 a.m.
You can pay with a check, debit card, credit card (except American Express) and cash (according to the legal limit). 

Domestic animals

We are glad to welcome even your four-legged friends in our hotel. For having a great stay without misunderstandings, here there are a few rules we ask you to follow:

  • It is necessary to tell us in the moment of your reservation, whether you would like to bring your four-legged loved one with you or not. 
  • For every pet we will charge a daily supplemental of 15€.
  • A welcome-kit will wait for your four-legged friend in your room; it contains a plaid and a little rug. We recommend you to bring all the necessities for the well-being and the hygiene of your dog by yourself.
  • We confirm that your pet is allowed in all the common areas of the hotel, exept for the wellness center and the games room. If you would like to bring your puppy with you to breakfast and dinner, we ask that you keep your puppy close to your table without allowing him to climb on the chairs or benches and without letting him near the buffet; we also ask to respect the peace and quiet of the other guests sitting next to you.
  • Please hold your dog inside and outside of our hotel always on a leash. 
  • We recommend you that your dog has to be docile and accustomed to travels so they will not disturb the other guests. We please you not to leave your dog alone in the hotel room for more than three consecutive hours.
  • It cannot be made use of the hotel laundry (like bed-sheets, blankets, couches, towels, pillows, cushions and napkins) for dog use. If we will find any marks, paw prints, dropping out or pitting-ups on the laundry, we will accredit the costs of those to the bill of your room.
  • Any damage, caused by your dog will be charged to the bill of your room.
  • We ask you to arrange with us, as soon as you check-in, the ideal moment for the cleaning of your rooms; because of security-reasons we ask you not to leave your dog inside the room during the cleaning service, in the opposite case our staff will not proceed with the cleaning.
