The hotel was founded 55 years ago by Ida and Luis. Managed by them with the help of their six children, it has always been more than just a job. As the siblings took different paths in life, Manfred stayed and naturally evolved the hotel. It is not just a business – it is his life, what he has always done and what comes naturally to him. This effortless approach defines his relationship with guests and inspires the entire team.
