Stay conditions
To ensure a smooth stay, we have gathered all the essential information here: cancellation policies, surcharges, discounts, and details on extra services. Please read them carefully to plan your holiday in the best way possible.
Prices
- Prices are per person, per day, based on half board and standard room occupancy.
- The tourist tax of €3.00 per day per person is not included (children under 14 are exempt).
Surcharges
- Double room for single use: surcharge between 40% and 100% of the nightly rate per person.
- Short stays: "short stay" surcharge.
- Garage: available by reservation and subject to availability, €15 per day.
Discounts
Bed & breakfast option: €10 discount per night per person.
Discounts for extra beds:
- 0 to 2 years: 70% discount*
- 3 to 6 years: 50% discount*
- 7 to 9 years: 30% discount*
- 10 to 16 years: 20% discount*
*Applied to the per-night, per-person price specified in your offer.
Booking
- Your stay is officially confirmed once both parties (Hotel and Guest) receive a confirmation email.
- A deposit of 30% of the total stay cost is required to secure the booking. Payment can be made online or via bank transfer. If using a bank transfer, please send us proof of payment.
- You have the option to take out travel cancellation insurance to avoid losing your deposit in case of cancellation. Insurance information sheet.
Condizioni di annullamento
The deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellations between 15 and 8 days before arrival: 60% of the booked services will be charged.
- Cancellations within 7 days before arrival or no-show: 100% of the booked services will be charged.
- Early departure or late arrival will result in the charge of unused nights.
All cancellations must be made in writing.
If travel insurance has been taken out and the reason for cancellation is covered, the insurance will reimburse the cost according to its terms.
Check-in & Check-out
- Rooms are available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.
- Please vacate the room by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
It is possible to settle the bill by 10:00 PM on the evening before departure or on the morning of departure from 8:30 AM.
- Payment can be made by check, debit card, credit card (except American Express), or cash in accordance with the legal limit.
Pets
We are happy to welcome your four-legged friend to our hotel. To ensure a pleasant stay without any inconvenience, please take note of our pet policy:
- You must inform us at the time of booking if you plan to bring your pet.
- A daily supplement of €15 per pet applies.
- Your furry friend will receive a welcome treat and will find a cozy blanket and a feeding mat in the room. Towels for cleaning and drying your pet are also available at the reception. Please bring any other necessary accessories for your pet’s hygiene and well-being.
- Pets are allowed in all common areas of the hotel, except for the wellness center and the playroom. If you wish to bring your pet to breakfast or dinner, please ensure it stays next to your table without climbing onto chairs or benches and does not approach the buffet. Kindly respect the peace of other guests.
- Dogs must always be kept on a leash both inside and outside the hotel.
- Your pet must be well-behaved and accustomed to traveling, ensuring it does not disturb other guests. Please do not leave your pet alone in the room for more than three consecutive hours.
- Hotel linens intended for human use, such as bed sheets, blankets, pillows, sofas, towels, bathrobes, tablecloths, and napkins, must not be used for pets. Any traces of pet hair, paw prints, excrement, or vomit on the linens will result in additional charges.
- Any damage caused by your pet will be charged to your room bill.
- Please arrange a suitable time for room cleaning during check-in. For safety reasons, pets should not be left alone in the room during cleaning. Otherwise, our staff will not be able to service the room.
